my candy crush soda game downloads but does not open. why would this happen? All other games are opening fine.

sorry, problem with playing on a computer has too many variables. I also have some issues with it and that's why I play on my iPad 😁
if a computer is your choice, then try playing it on the website. check out king.com

Candy Crush Saga is downloading and opening with no problems . however that game was shrunk a while back it is no longer landscape and because of that I dont play it anymore. all other games are opening. It is only Candy Crush Soda whichi is not opening. therefore It is not a computer issues. Not for one game only.
You mentioned other games. Is any of them a King’s game? What device are you playing on?

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
