Refund for the pass of $9.99

Hello while I was playing I bought the pass for $9.99 but it never came up / never started i continued to refresh the game and the pass never started. After a few hours of waiting i gave up so is like my Refund of $9.99. I don’t know if you guys had a bitch because the game never started.

Hi, I’m getting an error message when trying to play an ad: “Ad interrupted”. The ad never started to play and I didn’t touch the screen, ie., try to exit early.
