Please look at my game I can’t buy anything or get gifts from my friends I can’t do anything but play the game but I can’t receive any of my prizes. It’s been lik this for a year.

I’m sorry about this. First, please delete the email address. That is personal information which is not allowed. Click/tap on the 3 dots, click/tap on edit, remove email address and click/tap on save.
Next step, please try troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If that doesn’t work,, how do you play the game? Via Facebook or King account? Do you play through game app?
This is for my wife games, she is the one who’s playing it.

I was playing this morning and all of a sudden the game graphics went to hell, no explosions, nothing like that and my in game power ups are dialed disabled. I can click on them but nothing happens. Please advise.
