(Resolved) 🛑 Ongoing issue with Kimmy's Arcade

Hi dear players,

We've seen some of you are experiencing an issue with Kimmy's Arcade that in some cases causes your game to crash. Because of this, we've decided to turn of Kimmy's Arcade for the affected players while we work on a fix.

We'll let you know once we have an update on this issue! Thank you for your patience.

Every time I enter the arcade and play the first level it is crashing

I had this happen to me tonight also, the whole app closed and disappeared.

Everything is crashing not just arcade. Well not everything…but a lot 🤪

I just tried to play kimmy’s arcade and during the first round the entire game forced close on me. I then closed all other apps, reopened the game, paid 4 gold tokens to try and play kimmys arcade again and it forced closed again during the first level. Thus, I lost 4 tokens and didn’t even get to play.

I cannot use the 'Kimmys arcade game' suddenly. When having a free trial, I enter and should start to play but I hot thrown out immediately. Lost my chance for a free trial. Entering again, it costs me as usual....is there anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue. And I have lost coins playing the arcade too because of if freezing and closing the game.

Same here. King already raised the prices just to play the arcade. Now, the game will start. Can't even get through the first round . It freezes and takes you back to your phone menu.

Exactly the same experience that I have lost coines and just been thrown out to the main picture of the game. So annoying.

I have the same experience and lost my free game because of it. It has already been reported to CM.
