Is anyone having trouble playing the game, my screen goes black. Thank you
we have tried everything you said and you can play 2 or 3 games and it goes black again but, some of the game in small dots come thru the black screen. Before all of this happened I was able to play the game for a month every day without any problem I was up to level 1046 when the black screen started coming up. when it does come up, to finish the level I'm playing I have to go out of the game and restart the level all over again and that's crazy HELP!!!!! to solve the problem.

Sorry to hear this. Did you check for game and device updates? Please, never delete and reinstall because you will lose your boosters! Uninstalling and reinstalling is always a last resort. Let’s try troubleshooting:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Not sure what platform your playing on but as long as your profile is saved I would delete and reinstall then sync back up.

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
