lost access to email and forgot pwd

Hello,

I recently got a new phone and I installed candy crush saga to it, but when i tried to sync my account and achievements to the new phone I figured that I had logged in using an email account I am not able to access and that I had completely forgot the password to it.

Is there anyway I could risolve this issue? Is it possible to change the email address associated to my account? Perhaps I could simply associate my facebook account to the game and completely ignore the email address.

Thank you in advance for the help.

P.S. I already found my account ID.

it's been more that a month and I still cannot access the account from my new phone.

I asked for support using the old device but all I get is an automatic response that is not helpful!

Is there anyway I could accelerate the reset of the password or changing the email associated to my account?

thanks for your answer, I still have access to my old phone and I contacted Player Support twice asking to change both my email address and password for my game account. But all I got was a generic reply that sends me back to community.

If you still have access to your old phone and can use Soda app on that device then the easiest option would be to contact Player Support from that device and ask them if to change both your email address and password for your game account (they should be able to see your game data from the app you're contacting them )so it'd be possible for you to switch devices and log in to the same account.

If you don't have access to your old phone then please use the contact form from this link https://soporto.king.com/contact and add your account player ID number so Player Support can locate your account and ask them if it's possible to change both the email address and password because login credentials were lost

If you have access to your old phone and game app where you're already logged in and can retrieve your game ID number (this one : here) then you could ask Player Support to change your account credentials.

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.

Can Someone Give me Prize won?

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
