Purchasing the deluxe pass unlocks deluxe rewards only if you earned them by completing the respective quests.
If you haven't finished playing quests, then free and paid rewards should appear locked. Complete the quests to unlock rewards.
If you have finished playing quests, then free and paid rewards should be available.
If paid rewards appear locked after completing all quests, please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app to ask for a refund as this forum is not able to handle compensations.
