Hello @michimune Yes, I know this happens and unfortunately I haven't ruled it out in the rules (personally I think it takes away some of the fun, but that's just my opinion). Make sure that you meet the other conditions: clear and complete striped candy must be visible in your screenshot. A level can only be played once.

@Palash_Sarma , I have corrected your number of candies, you can count the candies vertically and horizontally. For example: level 4807 counts 43 pairs 🙂
@Ibnana I have also corrected some of yours. February 20 level 2002=20 not 17, February 23 level 12601=6 not 7, 6:51AM level 135=9 not 7, 12:57PM level 13697 =16 not 15. This screenshot February 20 doesn’t count; you had zero points and level 135 has been posted twice, levels 12470 and 12601 has been posted three times 😅
