🎁 Daily Logins Missing [Resolved]
Hi there Soda players!
We're aware some of you are not receiving your daily rewards as expected. The Studio is looking into this and working to fix it as soon as possible.
We'll keep you updated with any progress right here in this thread.
If you've encountered this problem, please share your feedback with us. It helps us understand the issue better and fix it faster.
Thanks for your patience and for being part of our community.
While we investigate this issue, please follow these steps to continue the Daily Rewards:
- Make sure that you're on the latest version of the game and update the game if you haven't
- Ignore the Daily Rewards for 1 day!
- On the following day (Day 2), make sure to fully close the game and restart it.
This should make the Daily Rewards come back for you, but we'll of course also look to for a solution to all players as soon as possible!

I just lost my over 400 day streak. I've logged in everyday for over 400 days and just logged in this morning but then when I logged in this afternoon it reset me back to day 1. I'm using the same device and nothing has changed. Why did this happen and how do I get it back?

The same thing has happened to me I think its something to do with the game update

I have the same problem, was on 300+ days.

Me too, was in the 500s. What's the point of continuing to play when they just take it away.

It also keeps kicking me back like 5 wonderballs. Was at last rare and ever since it took my days it keeps starting me at 1st epic. Fix your damn game!

I am also in the 500s but my daily streak is just frozen for the last 3 days. I can't even start over from day 1

Hi, my daily bonus just not working today. Tried close app and reopened a few times, still the same. What if I have to start over after missing one day?

Do you mean it doesn't appear?
Did you try playing any level + opening and closing the app a few times to help the game reconnect?
If that doesn't help, check out all troubleshooting steps:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.
If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

That happened to me on Sunday, February 25, 2024. I had to buy gold bars to continue my streak. I reported this because I play everyday to keep my streak going. I took a screenshot to prove I didn’t miss yesterday.
