🚨 Why can't I play on iOS11 anymore?

We have some news about the game for players who use an iPhone 😊
🍏 The game is no longer supported on iOS 11
That means that if your device uses iOS 11, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events.
Also, please be aware that without the latest version of the game, we can’t promise you’ll have the best game experience. We can’t guarantee that bugs and issues will be fixed for you since these will be resolved in new updates for the latest version of the game only.
You'll need to update your Operation System (OS) version to keep receiving the best support for your game.
But before you do so — if you don’t have a King account, we recommend that you create one. This will ensure that all your hard-earned progress will not be lost but carried over when you update your operating system.
🍏 How do I check which iOS version I have?
- Go to your iPad or iPhone's home screen, then touch the "Settings" icon.
- From there, select "General."
- Next, tap "About." There you'll see all of the information about your device, including the OS version.
🍏 Update iOS on your Apple device:
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS Updates.
- Turn on Install iOS Updates. Your device will automatically update to the latest version of iOS or iPad OS. Some updates might need to be installed manually.

There are a couple of reasons why your progress may not be showing. Let's have a look at how we can solve this issue:
Connect to your King account
The first reason why your progress is not showing in the game is that you logged out of your King account. Make sure you're logged into your King or Facebook account with your own credentials to see your hard-earned progress and to continue your journey in the Kingdom!
Shared device
If you share your device, make sure the last player has logged out of their account. Then, log back into your own account. The game will recognize you, and your progress will be restored. Now you can get back to playing!
You don't have a King account
Lastly, if you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King, you won't be able to recover lost progress as it was never synchronized, but don't worry! Simply create a King account or connect to your Facebook now. Then, get in touch with us via the in-game support and let us know. We'll do our best to get you back to the level you had reached before you lost your progress!
