Good morning, @LoFiGummy - I have a problem I'm hoping you can assist me with. Recently, I had to switch to a new laptop as my old one went to laptop heaven. Unfortunately, this caused everything in my game to reset to the lowest level, except for the end of the map level which remained. I lost hundreds of pregame and in-game boosters, including over 30 sonic lollipops. Although support had restored some boosters a few weeks ago due to issues on the Android platform, I have no proof of having boosters, I still face significant losses. Without these boosters, I find it challenging but impossible to compete at the same level. My daily bonus, batula, win streak, and all side games in the three king games I play (Soda, Friends, and Jelly) have been reset to zero. The most substantial impact was in the Soda game. It's disheartening and frustrating to start over from scratch. I'm hopeful you can assist in the process of a gam reset. Thank you,

@teeweiping I agree with you on that point! This community can often feel negative, with game glitches, outdated content, and underwhelming challenges resulting in unappealing prizes. It gets tiresome quickly! However, I would miss the genuine friends like you in this group. I picked up Jelly and Friends again just for a change of scenery. Both have great challenges currently, I hope that's the standard.
