My shipmates is not giving me new shots when I win a level. Anyone know why?

My shipmates owes me about 5 or 6 shots for winning that many games also
Hello again @WendySarge Could it be that you have the 'old' shipmates back where you earn ammunition through friends who have to play levels?
You can check this by clicking the "i" at the top left of shipmates. I now have this version again.
Yes I play new levels and now I have cleared cache and still no new ammo when winning lrvels

Do you play new levels, since only then ammo is provided? You might try to check for game updates and clear your cache (not data!)
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
