"Bake a Cake" Froze for 3 days, without allowing completion, for 3 days at 97% my team and I completed 97%, and the "play" button became inoperable. We reported the problem several times without results. We received no help or credit for this loss. It remained frozen until the expiration date of the game. We felt cheated! It took our coins, but didn't unfreeze.

This means you are a grey button issue victim in Bake a cake. If you have read more threads in support area or discussion area, you will find this issue happened from the cake of last week ( 14th March ). The cake of this week happened again ( 21st March) and it may appear on the coming cake ( 28 th March) as we have been informed that a fix will be released in an update on April. If you are the victim of coming cake, you should find a way to protect the rewards you deserved.
