never had access to boosters

I haven't ever had booster's. I was wondering what everyone was talking about and where they always went when I purchased them. You have got to be kidding me I have been playing to level 4355, making purchases LIKE MAD, and never having access to my booster's? I discovered this when I watched a Youtuber talkthrough for level 4355, Suzy Fuller, and she has got booster's in the 30's on the side! And I have been playing this game this whole time WITHOUT ANY BOOSTERS AT ALL??? I have inquired with Candy Crush where my purchases have went and they have never responded. Now, I would REALLY LIKE AN ANSWER FROM THEM PLEASE. This entire time, I have had no access to any boosters, for YEARS, and have not received any boosters that I have purchased. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE BOOSTER SIDE BAR SIMILAR TO WHAT SUZY FULLER HAS DISPLAYED on her youtube talkthrough. I can't believe this. And I made the All Stars with no boosters even? Does anyone know how to get in touch with Candy Crush?
