loss of bonus levels after a full year

my tablet froze, and logged me out causing to loose all my levels, I was able to retrieve those, but lost my bonus levels, that I have been keeping up with for over a year, it said I missed a day after I long in,, but I had long in the same day. UGH very upset, can this be fixed

I am very sorry to hear that your daily bonus is reset to day 1. It cannot be restored 🙁.

There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this.
