Hi, I’ve completed 1000 levels on candy crush soda saga, to get the reward of £51.85, but my progress is showing as only 795 levels, I don’t understand why ? How can I retrieve the levels and get my prize money please ?

Is it possible that you play the game via Tester Buddy? This is not a King app, so if you miss any rewards you receive from Tester Buddy, you will need to contact Tester Buddy.

Select the tab for the platform you're playing on. I hope the instructions help you to restore your correct progress.
I've never heard of your reward of £51.85 offering anything like this in the game. Please contact the provider who promised this reward.

I am not aware that you can get a reward for completing (1000) levels 🤔. Probably King's servers were unable to register that you completed levels. To reconnect to the servers, please log out, check for updates, restart your device and log back in. Then replay a few levels.
