2 days ago on my Android phone, the Play moves have been really spotty and not smooth. I cleared the cash, updated the app, and restarted my phone and it's still not moving as smoothly as it used to. My tablet even moves better. Is there something going on with Android and the app? I've been stuck on a level and can't seem to clear the honey because all moves made on my Android don't break through. Please advise.
It's a Nord200. All is well with levels and passing, but something is still off with the moves I make. When I set off one of the special items like a bomb blast or the color ball, it doesn't have same effects as I get with my tablet. I execute moves but no "explosion", just clears whatever it's supposed to. Kinda hard to describe what is actually happening

Please try the troubleshooting, this sometimes resolves disruptions.
Troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
