Hello, does anyone have a similar problem as me? In my shop, currently, the Gumball Goodies have disappeared, even though my Internet connection works well (I still can send lives to my friends, finished levels in Baking Cake, etc).
Danish wolf...u turn airplane mode on before u start the game n go in n while in it u turn it off..n wait like 15 seconds n go to the shop..

Oh darn. Guess it won't work for me then. I am on a tablet where switching on Flight Mode isn't possible to do, whilst I am in the game.

Danishwolf... mine were gone for 3 weeks, u know how I got them back..u have to turn Airplane mode on...
Turn on airplane mode before u open the game,open the game when the game opens it'll say no connection, as ur in the game turn airplane mode off,wait like 15 seconds till it connects again then check the shop ur gumballs should be there..I told that to another person here n it worked for them too..I couldn't believe it that I actually worked..try it.. let me know if it works..yosca the soda moderator wrote that on another thread..
In Denmark, and Gumball has been gone for me for a while now.
The last thing you can do (particularly for the A54) is troubleshooting so that you hopefully don't have to log out and log in every time.
Troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
And yes I have everything else on my j7 except the gumball goodies,the event n the log in problem.. nothing else has disappeared..I will try it on airplane mode...it's just very strange cause I never had a problem before mid april..
The j7 had the gumball goodies n events up till mid April then they disappeared n haven't came back yet.. before mid April never had a problem with the goodies or events or logging in,now that's all a problem out of no where..like I said I even u uninstalled the game n still nothing..
The samaung a54 the event comes n goes so do the goodies,but I can log in n out on this phone..when I log out of this phone n log back in everything comes back..
Even though the j7 has older software,operating system 7.0 it was completely fine before mid april..no problems at all..now nothing is working n I updated to version 1.267,I thought everything might come back but it didn't..

Samsung J7 may be too old to play the game, sorry about that. The game may require newer data than what is available on your phone. You could try putting the phone in airplane mode, which reduces gaming functionality but may allow you to play.
Samsung A54 doesn’t have the Gumball machine and no bee diorama, correct? Do you have other features/events, such as 4 in a Row, Treasure Hunt, Rescue Buddies, Shipmates, Kimmy’s Candy Hunt? If so, your game is working properly. It may happen that sometimes you don't see another diorama. Just make sure you always have the latest game update. Not having the Gumball machine may be related to a test group; we are not informed whether there are tests and which groups of players can be part of them, sorry.
When you uninstall the game you will delete all boosters as they are stored in your device's memory. You can read more in this guide: Why can’t I find my boosters
My samsung a54 does the same thing..no gumball goodies but I can log in n out on that one though..on the samsung j7 I never had a problem before with logging in..it just started in mid April…

I'm using a samsung j7 prime..it has an operating system of 7.0.. but this is a brand new phone I bought in July.. brand new from the box..I never had a problem before mid april..as far as the gumball goodies..after this they disappeared n the events disappeared n they were always there before this for all the 10 years I've been playing.. never had the gumballs or events ever missing..plus the logging in thing that it won't let me log back in,it keeps crashing..I never had that problem on this phone either before everything disappeared..I looked for the web view thing I couldn't download it,it's not compatible with My phone…I was forced to Uninstall the game n lose all my stuff n it still didn't work.. thanks for responding yosca..

Do you have at least 2GB free memory storage on your device? Did you use search function in Play store?
Yosca, I don't have that on either of my phones..no web view anywhere on the Google play store..I looked under all the manage apps.. nothing..
I tried all the things yosca said a few times, nothing is working..now the a54 doesn't have the bee thing or the gumballs, they all disappeared again...I really hope the gumballs come back..like I said I updated to version 1.267 a few days ago, same thing, nothing..
@Elleni39 Another try: check if you need to update Android System Webview via Google Play Store. This was something the Studio mentioned when having problems logging in, maybe that can help.

I replied to the players comment regarding the gumball machine (which is what this thread is about). It happens that the Studio does multiple tests with different devices and player groups. Not seeing certain Seasons can also be part of this. We have no information about this. There is a topic in Help Center: Why don’t I have a new challenge but my friend does

Off topic I can tell you that I (playing since 2015) have never seen ads, sometimes I don't see events and certain theme seasons.
Regarding the gumball machine (and bee event) come and go on 1 device @Elleni39 you could try this:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Last but not least, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
But @Elleni39 said she doesn't have upside down in April and bee season in May. If you have studied her case more detailed, you should not say, 'Random players and random devices may be part of a gameplay test'.
Her issue has appeared since April. All activities disappear one by one, and the diorama either.
Samsung A54 is more powerful than J7, but it still come and then gone after the 1.266.X update
I do not think it’s a bug or something. Random players and random devices may be part of a gameplay test 🤔 similar to having or not having ads 🤔

It could be that the Gumball machine has been removed due to legal reasons in a country. (Unfortunately this is how it happened in my case) But it could also be that the Game Studio is running a test. We've already reported it, so the best thing you can do is make sure your game is up to date.

Hmm yea, I have 1 account on 3 devices, 1 window, 1 ios, 1 android, and on android I still have the gumball goodies, but on the ios and window I don't have
Hi @astroparty79 I have the same problem and it must be a glitch. I live in Germany and had the chewing gum machine on all devices until the last update. After that, only on my Android phone. Today I suddenly had it on my Windows11 laptop. For that, it disappeared on my Android phone. Here's my screenshot of Win11 from today:

Same problem, I'm in the usa..i haven't seen them in a week..last time they were gone for one week n then i got them back..but nothing yet..i hope they bring them back, they are very helpful to me..bring back the gumball goodies!

Anotherstrange thing, I don't get the events anymore either, the spring thing that started today it didn't show up..the last event, the upside down candy town didn't get that either..
I don't have events anymore either, there's a problem with tje log in,if I log out n try to log back in it won't let me the game will keep crashing, so I had to uninstall it..i lost all my stuff!.. there's no gumball goodies..this game is a mess!
You have said the point. You said you had the chewing gum machine on all devices until the last update. This issue may arise from the latest version (1.266.?). Therefore you should wait for the feedback before update your game to the latest version
You said it keeps crashing. Maybe your device cannot support Soda game anymore after it is updated to the latest version.
What kind of device are you using to play Soda?
The issue of gumball goodies disappeared may arise from the latest version of Soda. It can appear again when you logout and then login the game.
Ialready logged out n logged back in , it won't work.. for the past 3 weeks whenever I log out the game keeps crashing it won't let me log back in..I have to reinstall.. that didn'teven work.. gumball still gone, no events..n my phone supports the game.. I've been playing since 2014..
Are you using the same device to play this game for 10 years?
Your phone supports the game. This means it can install the game only. Maybe it cannot run the game smoothly.
I have the same experience with you. I can play the game smoothly at the beginning. I have Soda race and other activities. As the time flies, the side game disappear one by one after l have updated the game. It keeps crashing when I play it online.

Ijust updated the game today..no not the same phone..I have a brand new samsung j7 prime, os 7.0..it supports the game I've playing it on this phone since I bought it brand new last July, never had a problem till 2 n half weeks ago..the gumball goodies disappeared n the events were gone before that.. upside down candy Town n this bee event is the only 2 I haven't gotten at all.. anything before worked fine..I also have a samsung a54 ui 6.0,all up to date, same thing, the gumballs on this phone come n go though, n the event comes n go too..I can log out on this phone though..
