I have completed all levels up to and including level 14020 but secret door tells me I have to complete all levels to open. There are no more levels. How do I get the door to open?

Thanks for getting back to me. A fix for this issue is now planned in an upcoming version of Soda! It should be out later at the end of this month. Apologies for the troubles with this, but hopefully you can all enjoy the full experience of this test in June!
the secret door has been closed on me for a week plus now. Very frustrating . It costs candy crush money because I am not buying boosters as I wait to play new levels. It is June 2025 now and I see from previous postings 2024 this is an on going problem. 16855 is my last level completed before secret door.
I am very frustrated with this mastery task . Obviously there are more levels but none appear after the door after completing all the tasks.
They found more than one bug and more related issues, so we have to be patient
it is now the 6th of August & you have still not managed to resolve this issue. Surely if itβs been going on for over 3 months there must be something you can do to sort it out???

Iβm having the same problem with the door. Two days ago I was able to play with no problems, now it tells me I have to pass all levels to open door. Iβm on level 14605. What do I do? Btw my app is up to date.

Version 1.268.5, updated on May 17th but issue remains. Have now completed level 14110 but door remains closed.

Where do I find my player ID?
I have had the door for about 3 weeks and will not move me on to new levels. I have updated the game yesterday and still nothing. My last level I completed was 14020 and since then nothing on my Android and kindle fire. On home computer it moved me on and on level 14090 but not on my other two devices which is what I use most days when out and about. Have cleared cache and turned off and restarted devices, but makes no difference at all π£

Hey there @nancyb099, that sounds like potentially a bug! It should be open and you should be able to play other levels by going through it.
Could you let me know which Player ID you have with this problem so I can check it with the studio?

HeyHey last night I ordered a booster pack for 19 bucks. It was to come with 130 gold bars. Well I got all the boosters except for the gold bars! That's never happened before I've emailed them a couple times no response yet. Has this happened to anyone?
I made a purchpurchase of 6.96.99 but did not geget the 6 free because the game cut out as usual this issue needs to be fifixed.
I noticed a couple weeks ago that I was getting charged twice for the same purchase but the contact page would not let me send a message, I tried for 3 days in a row to send one, I tried again today and it still give me the same message that something went wrong when sending the form.
