Why after beating over 5 hard levels, within an hour I did not receive any gold.

For several days in a row, I beat the hard levels 2,3,4 in a row but did I receive any gold? No I did not. So don't get mad at me when you told me I will receive something, for completing a task and I don't. What I'm not supposed to get mad. And I'm supposed to sit back and be accept it.
