I there a way to know when the bakery is opening? I LOVE MY TEAM,however when the bakery opens a member will finish the cake in one fell swoop I mean Kudos for him. But now they have made it to where you do not get rewards if you don't play. Love that idea bc I too complained at doing all the work an others benefited from it. So I ask is there a count down on when the bakery is opening???? So others have the opportunity to play as well???

The Bakery opens on Thursdays, when a new game day start for you. That depends on the timezone you're in, compared to midnight in US West coast.
For me the game day renews at 9/10am, here in mid-Europe, bc I'm 9 hours behind US West coast time.
