Salve, gioco su 3 supporti diversi, oggi ho dovuto ricomprare i progressi fatti perché mi dice che ho saltato un giorno ma sono sicuro di essermi collegato. Mi sapete dire il motivo. Grazie

I am very sorry to hear that your daily bonus was reset to day 1. It cannot be restored 🙁. The only exception is if you are offered to restore the Daily Bonus streak with gold bars.

There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Another reason could be that if you play on multiple devices the game could be disrupted (I had the same experience).
