Bug in cmy Candy crush

can anyone help me to solve my problem? 

following a problem with my phone I uninstalled my Candy Crush and installed it afterwards but when I launch the game and while connecting with my account it freezes then it closes despite several attempts

Which game are you referring to? Is it Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Soda Saga?
