Please try to clear cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Search for “Home One ui” then click on it. > Storage > Clear cache, note not data, Then restart your device. If that doesn't work, try updating the device.
In case you have Android 4 version; King Games do no longer support Android 4. Read more here: Why can’t I play King Games on Android 4
