No Daily Bonus

Hi!
I recently started a new Soda journey and am currently on level 120. I have never received a daily bonus on my new journey and thought surely it should have kicked in by now. My app is up to date and I had it on my previous account. I have reached out to support twice and have never gotten a reply. Anyone know what is going on or have the same problem? Thanks!

Daily bonus will start at level 1 when you start playing Soda in old version.

After the daily bonus becomes a icon stored inside activities, you have to play several hundreds levels to activate this activity.
