Hi, today I placed on the podium 3 weeks in a row and I didn’t get my winners prizes… but instead I was left with one boost toward the following 3 week challenge… very unfair as I a lifelong player and deserve better…


I do also have a second issue, often when I try to make a purchase on my apple tablet when it tells me to double click top left corner to confirm purchase I get the message “purchase unsuccessful - no money was taken from your account” but that is not how it really is because yes.. the purchase was unsuccessful but the money WAS and always is taken from my account and I have to always go back to apple to dispute a purchase… it’s really tiresome to have to do this quite often.

Select the correct game, topic “events or features issues”, subtopic “I didn’t receive my rewards”. Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, Check 👉 here how to find your Player ID.

    Regarding purchases, purchase interruptions can be caused by billing issues, expired credit card or payment method, unstable network connection, security issues, purchase restrictions in the account, etc. Please visit the Help Center for more purchase info.

    Thanks Yosca, I found my id number … the issue with the purchase cancelled is not anything to do with my credit card… it’s when I try to do the double click in the top left corner to confirm, sometimes it just cancels instead of confirming and that is when I get the message I screen shot up in the original message..

    Regarding the fact that you have not received the rewards, please contact Support as the Community cannot handle this.
