Issues and Soda Cup

I reinstalled the app due to the connection issues. It looks like everything has been restored. Lost a couple of boosters but that’s fine. My Soda Cup hasn’t loaded. I qualified for the next round. Is there any way to restore that?

There was a connection issue with the game but that has been resolved. As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you have lost any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
I am not sure if your qualification can be restored. I will check with the CM and get back to you.

And regarding the Soda Cup, the information about that will probably come back later today (it was a result of the issue that we had now earlier) or tomorrow - if you don't see it tomorrow, please feel free to reach out here again so we can look into it.
