This is the 4th time I have posted this, it keeps disappearing or deleted, this screenshot was taken after 15 levels, another 15 levels have been completed why aren't they accumulating,

I recently played and was in 1st place. I am unable to collect my rewards but understand that there is a problem that is being addressed. Hope it doesn't take too long to correct

- When this issue is happening, do you see this screen after every level? (this is the mobile version, but should look similar on tablets and desktop).
2. Also! Have you changed the date, time or any other settings on your device anything while this contest was active? We're not saying you are, but it would be great for us to know!

I also won my second chance cup. Today I had the final cup plus Kimmy’s candy hunt. I was winning both of them, but then had to do something else and when I opened the app again, both of them were gone. What is happening?
