Why the soda cup doesn’t exist on my tablet although it’s not a new tablet?

iPad mini 4 may be too old to play the event, sorry about that. The game may require newer data than what is available on your device. You could try putting the iPad in airplane mode, which reduces gaming functionality but may allow you to see the event. Although, there are some issues with Soda Cup so it could well be that that's why you don't have the event and also, there are more players who don't have the event in their game.
