Bug with levels that have not yet been released

I have reached the last level again (14425), and I have realized a very strange thing. I played the new minigame "Rocket Rush" I had to play the levels behind the door to win. I beat one of those levels and then, when I hit play, level 14426 appeared (and that level can't be played yet because it will be out in a few days). I have had the opportunity to play 14426 and 14427, and I have reached 14428. I would like to know if it is legal to play levels to overcome levels that have not yet been released.

The Candy Crush Soda Saga studio conducts various tests to motivate players at the end of the map. One of them could be that you can play new levels that others can't see yet. So if you can play levels that you already see, it's of course legal.
Personally, I'm almost at the end of the map. I always save some levels so I can participate in events that require new levels. When I've just played all my levels, I have to wait for Friday to be able to play Recue Buddies or grow a Bear. I don't enjoy that, so I don't finish all the levels.
