I am at the top of the leaderboard in Kimmy’s candy hunt, however it has stopped counting the blue candies I match. I have logged in and out several times and nothing seems to be working. What else can I do?

Let’s try to clear cache, not data that will delete your boosters!
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

My player ID is 15064931487. I am playing on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.I did clear the cache, and nothing changed.

Hello! The Community Manager sent it to the Studio so they can investigate. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard anything back and will not hear more until Monday at the earliest. You may consider contacting Player Support through your game, they may know more.
I have posted a new question in player support related to this exact thing happening again. It needs to be fixed!
