Forgotten password no access to email

I upgraded my phone and am trying to get my game data back but I forgot my password and no longer have access to my old email. Is there a way to recover my account?

Sorry to hear this. Since you no longer have access to your (old) email address, it is best to contact King Player Support via your game: click on “?” question mark, click on “technical and connections issues” click on “thanks for reaching out” click on “contact us”.

Or via this link 👉here Select Candy Crush Soda Saga, and choose subtopic “Account Login Questions/Issues” Describe your problem and don't forget to mention your old email address and that you can no longer access it.
