Hi again! So for me to understand: you’re playing the game on Facebook and you haven’t downloaded the game app from Microsoft Store? That may be a reason that you have fewer features than when you download the game app. We also see problems more often when the game is played via Facebook. What daily challenges in Soda do you mean? 🤔

You click on Support Page here, then you click on + icon on the below right of the page, then you click on ask a question and finally you ask what's your question/problem with this game. Please check the following:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Check your app permissions: When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. You can check which apps are active, expired, or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
