I have problem with my Candy Crush Soda game on Facebook
I played Candy Crush Soda game a long time offline on my laptop. I saved it to Facebook. From the moment I saved it on Facebook I couldnt play it anymore offline and lost the daily challenges. I am at level 2044. Made a team but cannot invite. The only messages I get is that its an inactive team. Are daily challenges and teams not possible for Facebook.

Please check the following:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Check your app permissions: When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. You can check which apps are active, expired, or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications2 -
I clicked on the support button in my candy crush soda saga game. How do I know that it will not sent me to that support page?

The Candy Crush Soda Saga was a feature that came on the laptop that I bought 8 years ago. It was not download but I think I played at King itself offline because when site was offline I couldn't play the game. I only play online games on my Facebook account, computer or laptop and Candy Crush Soda was the only game I played directly on my laptop. My laptop uses windows 10 and is just to old to play games alldough it has more than 2 gigabytes, its the ram memory that have problems with new features. My computer is very new with Windows 11. Facebook is saying account added on 24 april 2023 and is active. I have this problem only with Candy Crush Soda Saga. With Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Jelly which I started directly at Facebook I don't have the problem getting the daily challenges. I don't know if I have an account at King, that I only used my mailadres to activate the game on my laptop in 2016. My computer had a reboot 5 weeks ago with installing Windows 11 for the second time due to other problems.

Hi again! So for me to understand: you’re playing the game on Facebook and you haven’t downloaded the game app from Microsoft Store? That may be a reason that you have fewer features than when you download the game app. We also see problems more often when the game is played via Facebook.
What daily challenges in Soda do you mean? 🤔1
