I never download any game apps in Microsoft store or any other store like Google store. Only play online.
The moment I saved my game on Facebook I don't get the daily bonus features, for playing every day. I hope I explain it good. like lolly, striped lollies. If you miss a day playing you have to start all over again. When playing offline on my laptop I got also special event games. Don't know the names of those events anymore

Under the icon activity I can only see the weekly race, no other activities available.

I am using Google Chrome and its updated. I have the problems only with Candy Crush Soda Saga. With Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Jelly I get all the extra's to play. Its just strange that I have this problem only with the Soda game.

I still have problems with the game of Candy Crush Soda Saga. It has nothing to do with browsers. It has everything to do with the version on my laptop is totally different than the one that King offers at Facebook online.
I have the app on my laptop since 2016. In 2023 I saved it on Facebook because my laptop is getting old and I needed a new one.
January 2 2025 I bought a new laptop, Candy Crush Soda Saga is still nothing.
Online on Facebook its a crap game for me. Nothing of the daily games and weekly tournament and team is showing. Only if I opened it on my old laptop I can see and play the game with all the extra's.
And the that ID number is for me a fluke. Trying to get help from customer service with that ID number is saying go back to the community. Even saying that I already asked help in the community is getting me nowhere with their Customers Service. Its not an ID number per game, but 1 number for all games on Facebook and getting every time an automatic messages to go the community is getting me annoyed, instead of helping solving the problem.
For me its over and out, I will delete every game I played at King.Com through Facebook online and offline.

The problem is that you cannot solve this, because the online game on Facebook is dead. Bakery is dead there, with message for years now that bakery is opening soon. The only activity in the online game is the podium game. No other activity possible for the online game at Facebook. The ID you have said is for all the King games on Facebook, not only for Candy Crush Soda. Asking for help with that Facebook ID to the support department as you suggested is getting only automatic responses back with the message to go this community. King itself has blocked all the extra's for online gaming on Facebook. You can only give advice for the download games on mobile devices and that will not help for Facebook online game. I can now understand why many of my Facebook friends have closed their accounts on Facebook. Its not even possible to invite friends to a team within the online game. So why saving the game on Facebook if you are not able to do anything online.
