Why do I see that everyone has the pass to get rewards? I don't have it, it doesn't appear to me. Do I have to do something to make it appear?
It works. If you REALLY want to play Rewards Pass, the another option suggested by @simplyP works. It is like a lucky draw according to the official explanation. You have ten chances if you created ten new accounts.
I don't think it helps me because I'm at the last level of the game (14515)
there is another option. start over with new profile. It’s so random that it might work. But there’s no guarantee. Good luck Ivan.
I have read the explanation and I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing works and I have been waiting for it for a long time
All you can do is keep the game up to date. Check for updates often. I don’t think it’s fair to see other players have events and you don’t. Here is a link from King with their explanation. (Weak at best)
