My game, on my windows 11 laptop, will only start me at level 1…. my actual level is over 3600!…..have checked settings and save my progress buttons but nothing doing?

Let’s see, do you play on Soda app, downloaded from Microsoft Store? Have you saved your progress with a King or Facebook account?
Please check for game and device update and restart the game.
My levels are there - but I have to scroll through from level 1 every time the game opens!
