I am sorry that you have a problem. Even if your game is offline you should be able to use your gold bars.
Please check for game and device updates and make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage.
Try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, check for updates, clear your cache (not data!) and log back in.
Clear cache in Android go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
