I LOST MY PROGRESS - I'm going to faint

Dear Team,
I encountered an issue with the soda race in my game, I lost my gold streak in soda race, and due to some unknown reason the soda race disappeared, I played previous stages to check if it came back but unfortunately it doesn't so today, I decided to reinstall the game.
Although I was connected to my Facebook account, which should have preserved my progress, I have lost everything except my stage level. Here are the details of what I lost:
I have lost the following things:
- Daily bonus: I was on 147-160 somewhere
- Boosters: I had boosters ranging from a minimum of 16 to a maximum of 50, but now I have 0
Stage Helps: I lost all stage helps, including:- Hand
- Smash
- Cross Blast
- Shuffle
- The main 5th one (rainbow candy), of which I had 16, that allows clearing any stage without hassle.
- Hand
Please assist me in restoring these items to my account.

I am very sorry to hear that you reinstalled the game. As Daily Bonus, Rainbow Streak and Boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you have lost any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
