Hello there,
I recommend @Spinnifix. I truly believe that she meets the requirements for this position.
Please notice and take into consideration that she has been a "Moderator" before and that she has experience of the area in general.
Kind regards,
95Chata
As a moderator, you'll get to help fellow players, create a welcoming space, and enjoy some cool perks. We’re looking for people who enjoy and play Soda, communicate well, can handle tricky situations, and are reliable community members.
I thank you. Over the years I have earned the respect of the players. Before, when I was an ambassador, players would tag me to help or close posts that I unfortunately couldn't close. I had always had good contact with the players and did a lot for the community and the games with discussions and surveys. I am always open and honest.🤗
Hello! @LoFiGummy
I also suggest a "Voting Poll"
Let members vote for their favorite and then Community Managers can revise their Curriculums and select the best to fit the position of "Moderator"
I have noticed here in the Community that some Moderators don't have enough knowledge of a specific game they are assigned for. For example, if they are not up to date with the current Level in the Map, they don't know what to answer when some of us have a specific question related to the most current Level of the game we are playing…
Referring us to "Support" when we have general questions related to our game, doesn't always help since the functionality of that Department is not the best lately. Telling us that our concerns will be reported and never got back to us with an answer doesn't make a Moderator helpful. Please note that and take it into consideration when you select a Moderator.
I also think that when someone becomes a Moderator, that person will also need some type of training about how The Community and the Games work.
Thanks for your attention to this matter,
Sincerely,
95Chata
Hello 95Chata
You are absolutely right in everything you posted here. Even I thought about voting for the future moderators. The question is also, can you also choose yourself? That would be helpful. I'm still far from the end of the map, but I've been playing this game for many years.
Hello @Spinnifix
Of course you can introduce, apply or propose yourself as a candidate with your curriculum. After that, Community Managers should post a list of candidates for us to vote. That would be more formal. Giving also the opportunity to other members to participate by voting for their favorite and more qualified person for the position.
Kind regards,

Good morning dear LofiGimmy
I thought about it a while ago. You could conduct an anonymous survey with candidates for the position of soda moderator. In the past it was always the case that only the CMs decided everything. I didn't think this was right. When I was an ambassador, I started a lot of discussions and surveys. It was all my ideas and my own initiative. I always care about the players and wanted to work with them. Because in the end it comes back to the players. The players know us too. You therefore have a better relationship with us. We are always within reach. I always think it's a nice thing to work together with all the players. I used to say it privately to the CMs, please do a survey or discussion and include the players! That was then done. We are a community and therefore it should be the case that we all work together. This is much more effective than standing alone and getting lost.
Please think about it!!!🙌🙌🙌
