Why can’t I earn my own level pins for shipmates?

I can’t control with other players do especially when I don’t know them personally. I don’t know anybody else who plays this game but me! Any friends I got here are friends that you, Candy crush have suggested to me so I can’t control what total strangers do. Shipmates is one of my favorite part of the game and I can never play! I completed over 30 levels and didn’t earn any level pins because of what somebody else might or might not be doing. That’s not fair.

Sorry to hear this! Have you checked which version Shipmates you have? Is it the version that you have to play levels yourself to get ammunition or the version that your shipmates have to play levels? In that case there is a possibility that you will not get any ammo because chosen shipmates have not passed levels.

What can help is to refresh Shipmates every now and then → log out of the game and log back in. If you check your friends list you can see who is online and could play and then perhaps is able to give you some ammo 😉
