Hi @Tiih27 Payment receipts contain very personal and confidential information. Therefore, we can only show the steps that can be taken for a refund in the community. So far you have only said that you bought something but did not receive it. We don't know on which device or in which store this happened. Therefore, we can only refer to our Help Center, where the individual steps are explained for all providers.
