I've been playing for over 10 years, on level 3949. And I spend way too much on this game every month, way too much! It's hard to believe that I've never had an issue before this time. I don't know what happened the purchase took my money but didn't give me my purchase. I've been jumping through hoops swinging a chicken over my head in the Midnight Sun. That crap has never given anybody their stuff back! It's busy work to distract you. Or they really do laugh at the idiots that run around doing it. I'm really angry right now at wasting my evening, that the game messed up, and that I got no customer support. And that they took my money.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your purchase. The Community cannot restore your purchase or issue a refund, but we can give you guidance on how to do this. . If you ask a question in the Support area, we can respond sooner.
Please click on this Help Center article: My Purchases select your device type at the top (Android, iOS, Windows, Amazon) and scroll through the topics to find "I have not received my purchase. The steps to take are described per device type.
