Boost problem

So my partner and I are playing candy crush soda and our gameplay is not the same. He has an android and when he creats pieces of boost (the fish, the wrapped candy, the little square with the lines, etc) he can just click on them to activate its power, which makes the game much more easier. Me, with an IOS, I can’t do that. The only way for me to activate the boosts is to combine them with candy that has the same color. Any reason for this to be happening? Thanks!

Recently, a new feature was added to the game. When you double-click on a booster, so do not combine it with a candy or another booster, that booster will do 'its thing'. It doesn’t matter what kind of device you’re playing on.

The Studio is slowly rolling out new features to players, so you may see them in your game soon. Just make sure you have the latest game and device updates 🤗
