Ads feature unfortunately is not permanent in players' games as it may become available to some players for a period of time and unavailable to others. It rotates among players' groups.
In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen any ads (like me) Players are advised to make sure the game is always up to date as ads feature might become available.
