Game freezing

issue noticed from 18th August CET. Game hanging mid play e.g. before a candy parcel explodes it just sits quivering but never acts and locks game or fishes don’t react and move and just hang

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that! I hope it's not a lingering issue for you. Before anything, have you tried the following steps? Sometimes these steps tend to help players!

1. Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
2. Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
3. Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
4. Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
5. Clear Cache:
   1. 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
   2. 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
