Not advancing to next level
I have completed level 9155 numerous times but it will not advance to the next level. It keeps saying I get a “second chance”, I press continue (or close), and it restarts 9155. I have already lost Rocket Rush and the chance to win 15 gold bars. Batula is quickly expiring and I can’t advance. Is this a bug? What should I do?

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updatesMemory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular dataClear Cache: inAndroid: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)————— in
