no bonuses, no boosters , no ads

My ads have disappeared and there are no videos to watch. These were a chance to gain extra moves and boosters. Now there is nothing. Game over, no extra moves, no chances for them. Why? This has made the game extremely hard to win, it's demoralizing to get so close and not be able to finish. Not enjoyable, mostly frustrating. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is it something I can fix? What happened?

Hello welcome 👋 I'm sorry to hear you lost the ads. It's part of a test group. Not everyone gets the ads at the same time. So for a while you will get it but when you lose the ads it's giving another player somewhere a chance to try the ads. I know it don't sound fair but it's the only way other players get a chance to try it out also. I myself have never had the chance to try it and would love to. I'm so sorry you lost the ads. Maybe in the next test group you will get another chance 🤗

I don't understand why only some people can get the ads. Once you get them it's quite a letdown to have them taken away. This is not fun any more. Just play, lose, play same game again and again and again, trying to win.

It seems ridiculous. If some can get ads, why not all? If you had them you would understand.

King needs to get it together.
