Missing answers

Are there any moderators reading this forum anymore? Seeing lots of new discussions about issues being experienced by multiple players but none are showing as answered. Are we just posting into the void? "We just have to be patient" or "it hasn't happened to me" are not actually solutions. We used to get responses and see fixes very quickly (days not weeks) but now it just seems that issues are ignored. It is turning players away from the game, is it turning away the moderators, too? Just wondering.
