I can’t connect to my profile or the store.

I have the latest version of Soda crush, iOS and have restarted my iPad and cleared the cache but still get the message that I’m not connected to the internet when I clearly am as that’s how I’m sending this message. I also get the message that the store is ‘contacting’ but doesn’t load.

As the app says I’m not connected to the internet, I get the request to reconnect to my Facebook id, but can’t actually logout or login with it

Hey there @Cookette, this may not be related but I thought it might be at least good to check since it was added not too long ago:

Approve ATT in the app settings (Allow Tracking)
Restart the app
Logout from Facebook/King Account in the game
Log back into Facebook again (this changes it from Limited Login to Classic Login).

But as @Princess_Jessica says as well, if we can get the name of your device as well as your Player ID then it would help as well!

Ok thank you let me see if I can report this issue and get you some help since you have done all the troubleshooting steps and it didn't help 😊

as I said above in the message, I have 56gb of storage free, just updated both the game and iPad update, have restarted and cleared the cache and have also tried 2 different wifi connections at home and work. Have also tried with cellular data and nothing is working

Sorry to hear you have this problem with an add. Please try the following:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
