I can’t connect to my profile or the store.

I have the latest version of Soda crush, iOS and have restarted my iPad and cleared the cache but still get the message that I’m not connected to the internet when I clearly am as that’s how I’m sending this message. I also get the message that the store is ‘contacting’ but doesn’t load.
