Lost levels

Hi,
I had to change my phone, both Friends and Saga installed on my new phone came back with the level I was on and the gold bars I had won. Soda took me back to the beginning and I lost all my level progress and gold bars. I emailed support but received a generic reply which didn't answer my question - only that boosters are lost, I knew that would happen.
Can anyone help? I've got a cake to bake 😋

Thanks, I thought all my games were linked to Facebook, soda was on my email. Thanks for the reply
